About All Digital

All Digital is a leading pan-European association based in Brussels, representing 60 member organisations that work with 25,000 digital competence centres, providing training and advice to 3 million people in Europe every year. ALL DIGITAL aim is to support Europeans who have an insufficient level of digital skills. This means they have less chances to find work, to use online services, to have a better quality of life, to be included in today’s society. In order to do that All Digital empower its member organisations representing non-formal education providers to support millions of Europeans to succeed in the digital transformation by providing them with training and advice.

The Team

Barbara Quarta

Fundraising officer

Barbara Quarta started collaborating with All Digital as Funding Consultant in 2016. Since October 2016 she has been working as Fundraising Officer. Her work involves: monitoring funding opportunities; writing proposals to different EU Funding Programmes; building transnational partnerships and networking. In addition, Barbara is coordinating “BRIGHTS – Boosting Global Citizenship Education using Digital Storytelling” project, co-funded by Erasmus+. Barbara has more than 10 years of professional experience as EU project manager and researcher, working for non-profit organisations and universities in Italy and abroad. She has an extensive experience in exploring funding opportunities and managing projects in the context of EU and national funding programmes in different fields (Active Citizenship, Global Citizenship Education, Intergenerational Learning, Social Innovation, Social and Digital Inclusion, Promotion of STEM Education, Online and distance education, ICT-based contents and innovative pedagogies applied to teaching and learning etc.). Barbara received her master’s degree in Sociology with specialisation in Socio-Anthropology and Development, and her University professional master’s degree in Development Cooperation and EU Project Planning & Management, from La Sapienza University of Rome.

Alessandra Accogli

Project Manager

Alessandra Accogli joined ALL DIGITAL in October 2017 as a project intern with a scholarship from Erasmus+ Placement, and she started to work with our organisation in January 2018 as a project assistant. She works on different projects as well as on several cross-cutting activities. She has a Master Degree in Law from the University of Salento (UNISALENTO) in Lecce. Alessandra has also had other experiences abroad through the Erasmus + in France, Ireland and Belgium where she worked as an intern at the press room of the Parliament. She is interested in European Policy, especially in the field of sustainable development, environment, culture and education, immigration, justice and citizens’ rights. Her mother tongue is Italian, and she also speaks French and English.

Peter Palvolgyi

Chief Operating Officer/Financial Officer

Peter Palvolgyi is a former member of the Telecentre Europe’s (now ALL DIGITAL) Board, stepping down from this role when he applied for a part-time financial officer position within the organization. Peter has been serving All Digital as financial officer since June 2012. From January 2013 his scope of responsibilities were extended by the coordination of EU-funded projects such as CareNet, Carer+, TMA, Unite-IT and M4All. Peter has a solid background in project management, administrative and financial issues related to telecentre networks. He has been connected to telecentres since 2000, taking active part in the implementation of the Hungarian telecentre program. From 2001 to 2002, then between 2004 and 2006 he was the Executive Director of the Telecottage Public Service Non-profit Company. Before moving to Brussels, Peter worked as the executive director of DemNet Foundation (Hungary), a member organization of All Digital.
