More and more students after the conclusion of the 1st Cycle (First Degree) choose to enter a Master’s course.
To enter a 2nd Cycle (Master’s) you must fulfil one of the following general conditions of access:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or legal equivalent;
- Hold a foreign higher academic degree that is in accordance with the Bologna process or is recognized by the U.Porto as meeting the objectives of the Bachelor Degree.
- Hold an academic, scientific or professional curriculum recognized by the University as attesting the capacity to carry out this cycle of studies.
The specific conditions for admission to the Master's Degree may vary according to the application procedures (documents required, criteria for seriation, places available, etc.).
